On what people will say about you when you're gone:

"I hope after I’m gone that people say I had a great sense of humor, that I really cared about people and that I don’t see challenges as something you cannot overcome. I believe we’re put here to leave something that’s improved. Life is not just about us when we’re here, it’s beyond us. I believe that a purposeful life is to leave a powerful impact.

For my children, I would want them to say that they knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I love them immensely and next to God and my husband, they were my top priorities. For my employees, I would want them to see me as a kind of leader that doesn’t just give command and demands, and as someone whose willing to go the extra mile to do what it takes."
